Hinowa TeleCrawler T22N

The Hinowa TeleCrawler22N is a compact telescopic tracked aerial platform, designed to improve productivity, simplify work and increase safety, even on difficult terrains or limited spaces, due to its lightness. It weighs under 3 tonnes, with a maximum working height of 22m, and a maximum outreach of 12.4m with one person in the basket (capacity of 136kg) and 11m with two people in the basket (capacity of 230kg).

It offers a variable tracked undercarriage with widening system (88-130cm) allowing you to position the machine even in the most difficult areas and automatic control of telescopic boom extension during lifting/lowering. The distance from a wall can be automatically maintained to follow a vertical line during both lifting and lowering remaining automatically flush to the wall, without having to continuously adjust the extension of the telescopic boom manually.

The Hinowa TeleCrawler22N is a Bi-Energy machine. Using the Lithium-Ion power supply, it reduces noise emissions and with the total absence of exhaust gases, so it can be used without time restrictions, even indoors, providing an ecological solution. It's a much more efficient and functional system compared to the hydraulic one, with powerful electric traction motors, ensuring the same performances as a hydraulic traction platform. Alternatively, a heat engine can be selected allowing operation just like a standard diesel-powered machine.

The electric traction motors provide generous drive torque enabling the machine to work on muddy ground and considerable slopes, while the absence of hydraulic oil in the drive system totally eliminates the risk of leaks on the ground, ensuring respect for the environment.

The Hinowa TeleCrawler22N is ideal for situations where it is important not to obstruct everyday activities in busy areas, such as historical city centres, holiday villages, theme parks and cruise ships. It's the ideal solution for carrying out maintenance, renovations, painting, cleaning, pruning and building works.
