We can conduct on-site training in the safe use of abrasive wheels for all types of cutting and grinding applications: Stihl Saw, Angle Grinder, Chop Saw, Bench/Pedestal Grinder, Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder etc. BAF contributes to the design and revision of abrasive products, contributing through ISO, BSI & CEN safety bodies.

Who Should Attend?

Half Day Course:

Our most popular option is a half day course conducted on your site, this course is better suited to the more experienced abrasive wheel machine operators, especially those who only operate hand held/portable machines, bench or pedestal grinding machines.

1 Day Course:

The second course is a full days training conducted on your site, this course is aimed at the less experienced or novice operator and involves a lot more practical work including balancing and methods of cutting and grinding.

Duration:

The course duration is ½ day to 1 day depending on experience of candidate

Certification:

Valid for 3 years, refresher training is recommended prior to expiry.
