Hire Safe Solutions are pleased to offer this control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 training for employees who may work with or disturb Asbestos referred to as none licensable or minor works. Candidates requiring this type of work will be those who knowingly may disturb Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM`s), for example plumbers, demolition workers, maintenance and electricians.

  • Use of class H Vacuum
  • Control Measures
  • Use of correct PPE
  • Selection and use of RPE
  • Cleaning Down Work Area
  • Decontamination
  • Waste Handling
  • All aspects of associated Practical Training

Who Should Attend?

Those whose work will knowingly disturb ACMs, such as plumbers, carpenters, electricians, maintenance and demolition workers.

Number of candidates:

Maximum 12

Duration:

The course duration is 1-1.5 days, depending candidates proven experience.

Certification:

Upon successful completion of the course all delegates will receive a UKATA certificate to prove training and competency. Valid for 1 year, refresher training is recommended prior to expiry date.
