MEWPs – types and applications
We by far have the largest fleet of 40m+ Booms anywhere in the UK and Ireland. Our Super Boom Lifts are designed for the most demanding projects that require impressive working heights, SWL’s and outreach.
These multi-talented work platforms offer various flexible solutions for working at height, with the ability to move upwards and outwards for greater agility. Our Boom Lifts reach substantial heights of up to 66 metres, offering solutions for a huge variety of applications, including Steel Erection, Glazing, Maintenance, General Construction and more.
What’s even better is that we operate a huge variety of not only Diesel Booms, but Bi-Fuel Booms too, meaning out impressive kit can be used both indoors and outdoors, on the most demanding terrain.
Hire Safe Solutions run a huge fleet of Electric and Diesel Scissor Lifts ranging from 19 to 34 metres. This is the newest and largest fleet available anywhere in Europe, with several models unique to our business.
These machines are probably one of the simplest MEWPs available today, operating vertically with incredible lifting capacities, allowing for greater manoeuvrability of people, products and equipment. They’re well-suited to temporary maintenance projects or the movement of goods over a site with rough terrain, where a standard delivery vehicle would struggle. Our more compact variants also allow for unfettered movement between floors, through doorways in factories and warehouses.
